This weekend.. I worked a party for a friend.. When you don't have a girl.. it's fun to do a girl party. This idea came from One Charming Party.. and it was a mock sleepover party..sweet dreams... I made the cupcake toppers... the name tags... the favor tags...from One charming party. I helped her set-up and we ran the games... Everyone was asked to bring a flashlight and sleeping bag.. and to wear the birthday girls' favorite color Pajamas...PURPLE.
I made the wreath.. to welcome the guests...
When they arrived... they did some dancing and dance freeze.. to Justin Bieber....
Thank goodness for my friends.. computer.. because I came with Radio Disney from last year.. and they did not know any of my music... Until we did the cha cha slide...
Then we got our flashlights... and went upstairs in the dark... searching for "diamonds" in the diamond hunt.. game....
The first group find some under the rugs.. and behind the door.. they were very fast... so fast.. I did not remember to get a picture of them with their "Jack-Pot" as one kept.. saying.. when she found more...
Little sister.. had to have a picture too..
Goody bags.. ready.. to go home.. with one of the girls... filled with nail polish...purple flower lollipop and they each got a peace sign necklace.. after playing pass the purple pillow.. (Hot Potato)
This was when we set them.. up.. they are not all here... for a pinwheel shot.. Girls...wish I had one... We played in our sleeping bags next.. a fun game called Piggly Wiggly... The highlight for me.. was when Lexi's mom hid in one of the sleeping bags....
Our final game was a sleeping beauty game.... What a fun birthday.. Thanks for letting me come.. LEXINGTON!!!!!
