I was approached my friends selling shaklee products and I tried them, but I didn't like the taste of them. I was unhappy and headaches using their products.
So I met someone else selling beach body and went on her free support page to get people more motivated to drink more water, BABY Steps.. this was more my speed.
I realized with her help that I couldn't have it both ways and it was a conflict of interest a. to have a health coach on her page and b. to be friends with 2 beach body coaches. She took me off her support page. This got me thinking about why I have no motivation to work out hard anymore? I went to boot camp at 5am 2 summers in a row and really saw results and loved the program...it was grueling but I liked pushing my body and being done with my work out by 7am every day.
That is not me now, Now I come up with every excuse in the book. I do however, walk 4 miles a day most days. I just cant' seem to do my cardio and or p90x anymore. SO I decided that I should take Jenny's Shakelogy 7 day challenge...
The avergage weight loss is 6lbs and I would love that, but what I am looking for is motivation and consistency. The primary focus of this challenge is to drink more water, work out 30 minutes a day or more and to drink the shakeology every am and clean eat. It's a simple and fun challenge. You can lose weight by replacing one meal per day with a shake. The shakes help you sustain energy needed for exercise, which help lower total LDL "bad" cholesterol. Many think shakeology is easier to make than a salad and I recommend whole foods, this is a nice easy approach to jump start or reset your habits and weight loss.
