feed me

Hello and welcome to my blog.



 * and if you are a smart and trendy mom.. an extra big hello.

I am a 40 something mother of a special needs child. I was a pre-k teacher for many years... and now I am reinventing myself... but I still love to talk about education... 
 my son and his dog.. just hanging out together watching a movie...
If you are new here my blog is for people who love photography, books, and food. I also think people enjoy my blog for educational and kids crafts.

  I want to share with you some great Thanksgiving books....and if you are from feed me book Friday... I hope you enjoy the list.


  My son made a yarn turkey.. sticking in the yarn are popsicle sticks with paper feathers.. each feather has a name of a different Thanksgiving book.. He pulls out a few feathers nightly to choose his books... I will take a picture of his Turkey... asap.. but for now here is the list...

Most everything Gail Gibbons does, I love, a little wordy for small children.

Another great silly one... fun illustrations.
This one above ... My students always would say.. read it again.. it's by Dav Pilkey... and most mother's don't love him... but Kids do..(captain underpants...)

Thanks for the great book ideas! I never thought of buying my grandson a Thanksgiving book. I getting one tomorrow!
