I have seen both movies, and although, they were NOT as good as the books, not many things are in my opinion, but the movies were fun and entertaining.

I was at a book club and someone who has a teenage daughter told me they were good, so I said,"what the hell?" I will try it....

Tell me about your most embarrassing “Twilight” moment…cause we all have one!
Well, I was so into the book an Barnes and Noble was having a dress up party for the 2nd book at midnight and you could get your book etc... My friend and I were going with our twilight shirts on.... When I got there she called to say she wouldn't be able to make it... SO I went in alone and watched the teens create wedding dresses from toilet paper to win prices and felt very old. Later some twilight moms showed up with there shirts on and I felt a bit better. I don't care I loved the books.

Not a fan, as it's not my type of reading, but I have seen the movies and understand why so many women dig them.
I LOVE Twilight and I am not ashamed to say so. I tell all critics that though it is not as well written as I would like the story is what has the appeal for me.
Though I am a mother of five I don't consider myself a twilight mom. My kids are still too young to be into twilight like I am and I'm only 29. That's still young enough to not feel like a perv for wanting Robert Pattinson on a silver platter. haha!
Yes, and you are right this book really gets the emotions going, and any book that can do that for me is a winner.
Twilight lover here too! Books are almost always better than the movies, but the movies were decent too. I
