Easy and fun birthday craft

So you get a can like dole fruit, with a POP TOP I saw this some where in the blog world a few months back. sorry DON'T remember where. You use a safety can opener, no sharp edges, mine is pampered chef, which I love but....You DO NOT open the pop-top you open the other end. You take out the fruit and eat it, or give it to your child to eat . Than you clean and dry the can. Save the metal lid from the bottom. Cut scrapbook paper to fit the label you peeled off from the fruit. Glue it on. embelish the can with stickers or foam or felt flowers I used these candy coated brads and I used scallop punches from stampin up. Fill the can with small cookies, muffins or candy. Fill it with little treats. My son is going to a girls' party and we made her these he did the stickers, and we filled them with nail polish ( mother said ) and lip gloss and small candy. her parents can help her pull the pop-top and get the goodies inside. OH, you have to crazy glue or strong glue the bottom of the metal can back on after you put in the gifts and tissue paper and or paper shavings, (colored) OH, we fit in bella sara cards too!!!www.bellasara.com
