sewing buttons back on.
When I saw Heather from Gerber days post about how she purchased a shirt and then she cut out hearts and sewed them to create a pattern and ruffle effect, I wanted to see if I could do it. So I ran to target to purchase a shirt and when I got home and read her post again, I realized I was suppose to purchase 2 shirts one to cut into hearts to sew on and one to do the sewing on. So I had no choice I had to use fabric I had at home, that was not the same color as the shirt. I like Heather's so much I wish I had done a better job, go to www.gerberdaysblog.com and check hers out, she got her idea from http://enchantresses3.blogspot.com/2009/06/corsage-tee.html
J. crew was selling these for 29.50 but I think mine isn't good enough yet, I will have to still play around, I love the pink and lime green colors but even my cat thinks it's not good enough, Look at his expression. Go check out Heather's magenta shirt she made, she looks so cute in hers.

This was a cute idea. Something to think about doing for my daycare big girls. Even something they could do while the little ones are sleeping. You did an excellent job. The cat just doesn't like pink, you can tell.
Say, something came yesterday in my mailbox and we had a great time opening and enjoying. Stop by my blog and see how much fun the kids had. Thanks for a great Cinco De Mayo swap. I really enjoyed it.
