This is our "northern" bulletin board.Walrus are in the water, we will add dog slegs and ice fishing tomorrow.
We have the northern lights painted in water color and the children's faces are in parkas with their hoods being cupcake liners.
We used shaving cream mixed with glue to get a real snow effect.
I will take a close up pictures when the entire board is done.
We made paper inuksuks to boarder the bulletin.
We added sentence strips with definitions for parents and other classes to learn.

What a great bulletin board! Is there a faster way to get to the blog section. Your blog takes a long time to load and then you have to scroll very far down to read the blog section. I am interested in reading about what you are doing in your classroom.
That is an amazing bulletin board! Thank you for the comments over at my blog. I got the writing on the pictures using picnik (www.picnik.com) It is a free photo editing site, that you can upgrade to a full membership that will let you do everything. I have only used the free parts so far, but am really considering upgrading. Hope this helps :0)
