muffin tin Mondays

When Aiden took his nap yesterday I was on the surfing the blogs.
I came across michellesjournalcorner.blogspot.com (Her cup overfloweth)
She does a little fun thing called Muffin tin monday on her blog. Stay home mom's
all make lunch using cupcake liners or actual muffin tins. I wanted in on this
fun even if I am not a stay at home mom. There are actual themes and
I am unsure what tomorrows theme is ??? sometimes they go with
a book like brown bear brown bear and the food has different colors like
the book. I di my own theme of colors and shapes.
I made Aiden a Turquoise egg from an egg mold ( hard boiled)
veggie chips, triangle mozzarella cheese, green apple hearts, egg noodles
with parm cheese and his favorite gingersnap sandwiches with peanut butter
and jelly inside.
Hope I can join the group some how tomorrow even if I am working...
I have a few cute ideas in my head?? Mrs. Wishy Washy is Aiden's favorite
maybe I will make an entire farm animal muffin tin lunch?? the possibilities are endless, and did I mention how excited my son was to eat it.
